We’re so happy that Anthony decided to sit for us. He was the perfect person for our unusual property. He was very happy to be here on his own and care for our little flock of feathered friends. Feeding and changing their water and their swimming pools which was a tedious job. He’s a good communicator but not too verbose or demanding in any requests. He sent a few photos of the critters throughout the 8 week sit, reassuring us that all was well. We have quite a few plants in pots that he managed to keep alive even though the weather had been brutally hot and we’re very grateful for that. We were happy for him to stay on afterwards if he needed as he was very low maintenance and was quite at home and relaxed to be around. We would have no hesitation in recommending Anthony for a house sit.

Anthony was superb with our two labs and kept us updated with texts, photos and videos of the boys. We couldn't of asked for more as this was the first time we had left them and had a house sitter, couldn't recommend highly enough.

Anthony was really amazing with our cats. He messaged often and sent us several videos of our cat receiving tummy rubs and cuddles. Anthony went the extra mile to help us by driving us to and from the airport. He is completely trustworthy and left our house clean and tidy. Best housesitter ever! Thank you, Anthony

Anthony did a wonderful job of taking care of our 9 yr old black lab and 2 cats, along with the house and garden. We felt confident leaving everything in his care. The animals were all happy and relaxed on our return and the house clean and tidy. Communication was friendly and easy and we would be very happy to have Anthony housesit again.

Anthony looked after our seven year old Labrador and eight month old kitten for three weeks whilst we were overseas. Anthony kept us updated how things were going with the pets and sent photo updates which was lovely. Anthony left our home clean and tidy and was great to communicate with, prompt and professional. Anthony was booked in for about 3 months, unfortunately, due to illness we had to cut short our trip to return home in 3 weeks, and Anthony, most understandingly, made alternate arrangements and left. Anthony was a great dog sitter We have 2 border collies with heaps of energy and when we got back from our 3.5 week trip they seemed well exercised and very happy/calm- which is EXACTLY what you want when you have collies. It was so nice that he took them for an extra walk the day we go back because we were so exhausted from the 24 hour travel time- It was one less thing for us to do when settling our family of six back into New Zealand life. Wonderful! To explain we have a very needy dog (Winston). Anthony communicated well, ran the house and catered to Winston with Ablomb! So happy with his thought and care. Recommend!

Our experience with this sitter was not fantastic sorry to say. We ended up coming home from holiday as we felt he couldnt cope with medicating one of our dogs. It was medication she had to have twice a day for severe pain.. We had to call a neighbor to help him out. This is our first not so nice experience . We found the multiple panicked calls and txts extremely distressing..

He came out to meet us before hand to get the feel of the land and a sense of Kira. We kept up communication as lockdown threw us into a spin but luckily lifted to enable us to travel. He was early on our day of departure and made sure that we were all good and comfortable to leave. He messaged us everyday with updates. When we left, Kira had an upset tummy ... This is the first time we have used Kiwi Housesitters. Anthony is an experienced sitter who guided us clearly in what information was required for his housesit. We came home to find the house clean and tidy-bed sheets washed and on the line. Awesome!!! Our three dogs were better behaved than when we left them.
