Hi,

We're Sandra & Paul, an active couple who love adventures in the great outdoors and exploring our beautiful country. We have been loving dog owners for the past 23 years but, sadly, we recently had to say goodbye to our beautiful 13 year old labrador. Having taken early retirement, we have decided that we would like some time to explore more without the commitment of our own furry friend. We do however miss our dog terribly and have a lot of love to offer other people's pets.

We are quiet, mature, non-smoking, responsible home owners and would treat your home with respect and care. Your pets would be showered with love and cuddles (if they like that kind of thing!). Although new to house sitting, we are experienced pet owners (dogs, guinea pigs and lambs having been part of our lives the last few years) and could provide good references from AirBNB providers who have hosted us.

Sandra is a keen gardener, happy to potter in the garden whilst Paul can mow the lawn!😁 We have previously owned a small lifestyle block so are used to maintaining large gardens, ride-on mowers etc.

Having used house and pet sitters ourselves, we know what we like to see in a house sitter and would be happy to provide regular updates and photos of your furry friends. We would stick to your pet's schedule of exercise/ feeding and give your animals the love we gave to our own.

Perfect in every way. Restored my faith in kiwihouse sitters after two very distressing minders in the past. Paul and Sandy were exceptional home and pet minders. Taking Bella on many walks and provided exceptional care of both my property and Bella. Paul sent me updates every day including photos of Bella on their walks which I very much appreciated. NEVILLE (Kumara Junction South Island, Sep 2024 - 1 week)

Paul and Sandra took exceptional care of our dogs while we were away. We had daily communications and updates on what Rufus and Reeva had done for the day and they were respectful of our wishes on the level of exercise for each dog. The house was lovely when we got back and we could see the house and the dogs had been very well cared for. We'd recommend them to anyone wanting a quality couple to look after your pets and house for any length of stay. Rhys and Rayone Wilson
