I have now been housesitting for over 6 and a half years, I love it so much that i do not intend stopping. [there are so many memories] What a wonderful adventure it is, Ive stayed at some magnificent places and homes, looked after all types of pets and animals. Met some very interesting lovely people who i have made freinds with and keep in contact with.
As i love walking fishing, tramping and outdoor activities it a perfect way to explore our beautful country

No rating David was a wonderful house sitter and our dogs adored him. Our house was left tidy and we appreciated the fresh milk and bread left for us. We would not hesitate recommending him.

We highly recommend Dave as a house sitter. He looked after our property and collection of animals so well. Nothing was a problem, regularly checking stock and water, mowing lawns, changing the fish tank water and very kindly planting our glasshouse with veges. He was great at communicating both prior and during his stay. Knowing our home and animals were being so well looked after made our trip away less stressful. Thanks again Dave.

We had David house sitting for a little over three weeks and found him to be excellent. He is friendly and easy to get on with and communicated well. We returned to a spotless house and well looked after pets. We would thoroughly recommend him.

David was excellent at keeping in touch with us about how our dog Milo was going. He was in the area prior to the house sitting commenced so made time to come and meet us and meet Milo. David took Milo for regular walks and trips to the beach. Our house was kept tidy and we would totally recommend him to anyone else.

This was our first experience with kiwihousesitters and we couldn't have asked for more. The minute Dave walked into the door we knew it was going to be alright, and indeed: after one week we came back to a happy dog, super tidy house, lawns that were mowed and plants that were thriving. We were even left with some groceries and the sheets and towels were on the washing line. He went the extra mile for us - we were delighted to see when we came home that he'd cleaned our farm truck, and brought some firewood in and set the fire. We highly recommend David for his communication, initiative, and reliability, along with the great care he took of Bella the Labrador.

Dave went beyond his 'call of duty' cleaning up after a huge amount of rain. We cannot recommend Dave highly enough if you are considering a genuine, careful pleasant Housesitter.
