Hi, I am a youthful, midlifer, single female, non smoker.

2014, I completed a one year housesitting assignment in rural Albany. My principal duty was to look after the cat, but also the house, and gardens.

The overseas owners would visit from time to time.

2015, I undertook several housesitting assignments with one being in Australia.

2016, various housesitting assignments in the greater Auckland area, sometimes minding farm/lifestyle blocks with various farm animals to take care of. 2017 onwards has been a continuation of housesitting assignments. Even during lockdown there have at times been housesitting assignments.

If you should choose me, I will keep the house in an immaculate condition, water your plants, collect mail, and ensure that your cat/dog/chickens and other animals are well cared for.

No rating Christine is personable and warm. She was totally reliable when we recently went away on a short break. We returned to a spotless house and two very settled pets - what more could we want. I have no hesitation recommending Chris as a house sitter.

Chris was a friendly, easy going house sitter. We returned to a tidy house and relaxed kitties. Unfortunately she left our ranch slider doors unlocked and (ground floor) bedroom window wide open.

We were so lucky to have Chris house-sit for us. The house was immaculate when we returned - you would not have known that she was there, except that our little cat Bella was very happy, which for us was the main thing. I would absolutely recommend Chris and hope we are able to use her again for any other house-sits we may need,

Chris looked after our house dogs cats and chooks brilliantly! She enabled us to get away over Easter and we didn't have a worry while we were on holiday. All the animals got on great with Chris! The house was left very tidy. We would recommend using Chris for your house sit needs in the future!

No rating We love having Christine housesit! She treats our home with respect and leaves the house clean and tidy. Also, our little cat Blue is always happy and well looked after. We highly recommend her as a housesitter and to look after your loved pets while you are away.

She looked after my cat perfectly ensuring he was very happy and contented, so well that I think he was missing Chris the first night we were home. :) The house was perfectly cared for too. Chris is a very conscientious and trustworthy house sitter and I would recommend her highly. We (and my cat) hope we can have Chris house sit again when we next go away.

No rating Chris took great care of our property, which is on a lifestyle block, and our pets, a cat, a dog and two hens. We were forced to leave with a renovation not quite complete and Chris very kindly handled the tradesmen coming and going. We would definitely recommend Chris for future housesits.

Christine looked after my 2 cats and chickens during my 10 day holiday and it was so comforting to come home to happy pets and tidy house. Christine is a kind, trustworthy and loyal person, great communication throughout the process and I would definately use her again as a sitter

No rating We had Christine look after our house while we got married and then on honeymoon. We came back for 2 nights between each event which Christine was totally fine with, but what we didn't expect was how immaculate the house was. She went above and beyond what I'd expect any house sitter to do for us. Super tidy and very relaxed but definitely on to it and great company for our 2 cats - we couldn't ask for much more and we'll definitely be back in touch for our next holiday. Thanks again ... MORE
