Am currently enjoying an awesome New Zealand summer, and using this fabulous site to see more of the country and also help people who need a pet sitter.
I love animals and had my own beautiful labrador dog for 14 years. She enjoyed lots of exercise especially swimming and 'fetch the stick'.
I am a New Zealand resident and familiar with New Zealand houses, culture and weather. I am fit and enjoy walking.
You can rely on me to be a caring and responsible house and pet sitter.

Freida is a lovley lady who communicated well while we were away. She looked after our puppy with lots of love and care. We would definitely recommend her to look after your fur babies.

Highly recommend Freida, house was clean & tidy and pets well looked after.
It was a real load off our minds to know that Freida was looking after our furr-babies and home. She is kind, knows animals and our pets got on well with her. Feeding times were tedious for the dogs due to all the meds, but she never complained. She walked them as requested and they were happy and healthy on our return. She also gave us an update of how they were doing while we were away. We would use Freida again for sure.
Freida sat for us for around 12 days and our little dog Jack was well cared for and healthy & happy when we got back, Jack really took a liking to Freida. The House was clean & tidy and Freida following feeding etc instructions to a tee, thank you Freida, I would highly recommend 😀
Lovely to meet Freida before we left. Cats were comfortable and house was clean to come home to. We would highly recommend Frieda and would definitely be happy to have her sit again. Gave us real peace of mind while away.

I highly recommend Freida to others looking for someone to look after their pets. Freida was great to communicate with and when she came to visit the house (before confirming the sit), she asked all the questions I hope she would, that indicated our dogs would be well looked after. Both our dogs had special diets and one may have required medication but nothing was a problem for Freida. The house was left super tidy.

Freida was an amazing house sitter. Due to plane delays we actually never met her, but she communicated with us all the way and so we knew she had arrived safely at our house and we had constant communication from her the whole time we were away. Our aged dog was given all her medication and treated as her own, which settled our minds and enabled us to enjoy our time away knowing our fur baby was in good hands. We really enjoyed having Freida as a house sitter. She was extremely professional, amiable and put our minds at ease immediately. She took wonderful care of our dog (with twice daily walks) and we really appreciated her frequent updates and photos via Whatsapp as a well as a visit prior so we could show her around. Communication was top notch. We would recommend Freida to others too.
Frieda was such a great find. We loved her regular updates about our puppy and were always very assured that he and our house and garden were being looked after really well. Our puppy was very happy, our house was left spotless and communication was clear and prompt. Really recommend Frieda!
Freida was a really fantastic house sitter for us for four weeks and we are very grateful for everything she has done for us. Freida was a wonderful carer of our dog, Mocha.

Freida and Terry were great house sitters. It was our first housesit so we didn't really know what to expect, but all went well. Their main task was to care for our 19 year old cat, which they undertook with enthusiasm and we came home to find a relaxed, well fed cat who'd obviously had plenty of care and cuddles. Terry and Freida were our first ever house sitters using this site and we couldn't have chosen better. We were away for 2 weeks and returned to find the house and garden in top condition. Better still the dog was clearly well looked after - even a little spoilt we suspect. Pre-sit communication was excellent and regular updates during their sit with pictures were great. Everything went perfectly smoothly and Terry even sat up till 2am to welcome us back home. Highly recommended
Freida was a lovely sitter. It was great that she had lived in New Plymouth previously so she knew good places to walk our dog and was familiar with the town.
We found her responsible and reliable and she looked after Mia our dog, plus our cat Mouse and chickens for two weeks while we were away and she also kept in touch with us regularly to send the odd photo and message so we felt comfortable knowing the house and animals were all fine.
