Since moving to Aotearoa New Zealand, having a pet is not an option for me so I have been housesitting/pet-sitting for my friends.
I enjoy the company of animals and pretty easy-going and low maintenance. I am independent, caring, and would treat animals with the love and care that they deserve,
Having travelled extensively and staying at different homes, I treat your home with respect and maintain it clean and tidy.
I understand the importance of finding the best sitter for your pets and once I have confirmed to care for them, my commitment is that I'll be there unless in dire circumstances.
I am flexible with arrangements and happy to talk prior to the actual date of housesitting/pet-sitting.

Well, Ken not only took wonderful care of our two cats, Storm and Caxton, the house was left in immaculate condition to the point that we felt slightly embarrassed (thinking of how we left it). Cannot rate Ken highly enough. We would have him back in an instant.
This is the second time Ken has looked after Bingo. Ken is awesome. Great communicator, lots of photo updates of Bingo and the house is always left in excellent condition. I highly recommend him.

Another great experience with Ken caring for our house, our precious cat Coco and our garden, which meant watering and picking veges and fruit. He is so attentive, responsive and caring we feel so grateful that he and Coco adore eachother and that he has been able to sit for us, now for the third time.
We just love having Ken look after our house and especially our precious cat Coco. This was his second sit for us.
He is so attentive and caring, and a great communicator. This time there was picking and watering to do in the garden, which he also did with care and attention. He is just the best!

Ken is an absolute delight.
He looked beautifully after the house, the plants and truely enjoyed looking after our cat and chicken. Without mentioning the communication which was perfect. We highly recommend Ken and will definitely use his service again.
Ken was just fantastic! He kept in touch and was quick to respond to us, sending photos where helpful and to show us how much our precious Coco was enjoying his company.
The house was beautifully clean and tidy when we returned. Ken has a real feel for visual presentation and an eye for detail. The personal touches were much appreciated.

We are so grateful for the care that Ken took of our two cats while we were away. He was great at communicating before, during and after the housesit, From the pictures that he sent to us it was bvious that the cats were very settled and happy. We are very happy with having Ken house sit for us and our cat obviously agrees! She is generally wary of strangers but has warmed to Ken very quickly - so much so, that we think Ken is a cat whisperer :) Ken is easy to communicate with and we loved it when he updated us with pics of Phoebe. It was such a blessing to return home and find it well cared for and clean, and a very contented cat. Thank you Ken! We are looking forward to having you house sit for us again.
Ken you are just so wonderful! Thank you for taking great care of the house and pets. Regular photo updates came just when I was starting to miss them <3. And clean sheets on the bed after a 17 hour flight was deeply appreciated. I can't thank you enough. Ken is an excellent communicator. He sent us regular updates and numerous photos of our Ginger cat which was very reassuring. Ken is a tidy house sitter and made sure our home was clean upon our return. I highly recommend Ken for future house sitting and cat care!
Ken was a pleasure to have staying in our house with our cat, Toffee.

Five stars is not enough for Ken. He is a the very best house sitter you could possibly have and we have already asked him to return sit for us at a future date. The place was tidier than when I left - so pristine!
And the care he took of my 2 kitties was amazing! He sent pictures every day and you could tell how much he cared about them
One of them had a little accident and needed a wash which he was amazing about - and she forgave him very quickly too
I think Piglet the cat is already missing him so much

Ken left the house wonderfully clean and tidy. Bingo was clearly well looked after and I loved the photo updates from Ken and Bingo. Would recommend Ken highly.
