Pets are part of the family. When you're away from home they need someone who will care for them the way you do.
It would be my privilege to spend time with your non-human family members. I will take time to get to know them and earn their trust. Anxious cats, large dogs, daily medication - no problem. You can rest assured that your house rules will be followed and your home looked after.
I've spent my life surrounded by pets (and on farms as a child). My cat passed away after a long and happy life. So basically, I miss her terribly and want to borrow your pet for a few days to shower them with care and cuddles!!

I'm based in Christchurch and available to house sit within the city, often at no cost. Caring for dogs, multiple pets and/or locations requiring travel out of the city may cost a small fee.

Rebecca did a fantastic job looking after our house and most of all fluffy the cat. Great communication and photos of fluffy made us at ease and we came back to a clean house and a happy cat. He even had a new hand made toy. Would recommend Rebecca highly to anyone and would have her back again

Rebecca was fantastic. She communicated well, came out to meet all my animals before the house sit and got a brief on them all. She communicated while we were away and sent photo updates. She cared for all our animals well. Would recommend.

This is the second time Rebecca has house sit for us so it wasn't a surprise to find the house spotless with two happy cats waiting for us. I really appreciated the communication while we were away with cute update photos. Plant and garden watering was included and the plants seem happy! I know that Rebecca is very kind to our slightly high maintenance older cats and I'm so grateful to have found her. She is highly recommended as a house and pet sitter.

Rebecca was such an amazing house sitter, I can't recommend her highly enough. Our dog Oscar adored her and he was so happy and relaxed when we got home. I'm not sure if he even missed us! Thank you Rebecca, we really appreciated the way you looked after our fur baby and our house. We hope you can come back and stay with Oscar again sometime :)

I really appreciated that she was willing to visit in person to meet and again closer to the sit to check instructions. Rebecca did a great job in taking care of our cat Sherlock and the house. Sherlock is a really shy cat but Rebecca managed to gain his trust and was rewarded with heaps of head bumps and cuddles. She always kept us up-to-date with messages, photos and videos. We can highly recommend her and hope she can sit for us again.

Rebecca was amazing!!! She stepped in on short notice to care for our puppy and look after our house. Communication with Rebecca was easy and we particularly enjoyed the daily updates of how our puppy was doing. Rebecca was clean and tidy, we couldn't recommend anyone with higher regard!
