We are very experienced in the care of animals and committed to providing a high level of care for your pets and home.
We are extremely conscious of the importance of locking doors, checking windows and where appropriate, setting alarms.
We are also aware of the importance of your privacy and the trust you give us in allowing us into your home.
We have successfully completed numerous house sits and have excellent references.
We will keep you informed of the welfare of your pet and home on a regular basis so you can enjoy your time away stress free.
We are non-smoking, non-drinking and both fully vaccinated.
Keith is a (former journalist) freelance writer and I am an artist.
Our three children are adults now and have flown the nest.
We love getting away to visit new locations that inspire us in our creative pursuits. I like to paint/draw on location and Keith enjoys writing about the local scenery and sights.
We love animals having had many pets over the years (dogs, cats, kune kune pigs, chickens, goats, donkeys, budgies, hamsters.)
We do NOT have any pets now.
I've added a few photos of Keith and I on some of our house sits with the awesome pets we get to love.
All we ask for in a sit is a clean, warm and comfortable environment, internet, a shelf in both the fridge and freezer and some wardrobe hanging space would be nice. We prefer to see photos of the accommodation or come visit before confirming a sit.
We are happy to mow lawns and water plants and enjoy walking dogs and cuddling cats.
Although Keith and I take exceptional care of your home accidents do happen.
In the last 4 years of house sitting we have broken 3 glasses (we contacted the home owners to let them know and offered to buy replacements).
We left one fry pan with a small oil residue (our review rating was reduced because of that), scuffed one 2 inch section of a wall (was removed using a cleanser).
We spilt one drink on the carpet (which unfortunately I didn't notice before leaving).
We are only human. If you feel you would be safer with another sitter we wish you luck.
(PS - sometimes we have crossover dates between two house sits so we look after one home each. We prefer to do this rather than have gaps between sits)

Tallulah and Keith were fantastic Housesitters and we’d love to have them back. They took great care of our two cats, especially our elderly cat with health problems and a litter tray. Our house was immaculate when we got home and the linen was already hanging out to dry. We received updates throughout our trip so we knew the cats and house were being looked after and we could relax. Thank you again Tallulah and Keith!!

What a lovely positive experience having Tallulah and Keith minding our two pups. They sent daily updates of our girls which made us feel at peace knowing our dogs were happy. They looked after the plants as ee asked and left our home exactly as we like it. Bed was stripped and sheets hung out. Tallulah and Keith were superb, they looked after our 3 year old Cavoodle and House impeccably. Both are amazing with animals and the house was left spotless, highly recommend Keith and Tallulah for any house sits in the future.
Tallulah and Keith were punctual and reliable. They communicated clearly before, during and after the sit. They also sent us a couple of pictures of our cat looking happy and relaxed while we were away. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived home.
Tallulah and Keith replied promptly to all communications and arrived on time for pre-sit meetings and the house sit. Updates about my pet were posted regularly during my holiday and this was reassuring. My house was left immaculate with sheets and towels washed and on the clothesline when we returned home. I wouldn’t hesitate to invite Tallulah and Keith back for future house sits and rate their work as 5 star.
Tallulah and Keith are first class dog and house minders. They are very reliable and good communicators. Luca is very happy to be with them when we travel and we are relaxed knowing he’s in good caring hands. He has a few specific needs and they look after him as if he is their own pet. One important test is the unsolicited positive feedback from our neighbours. Our house is always left clean and tidy.
Tallulah and Keith were awesome sitters. Animals very happy and well cared for with outings for the dog and lotsa pats and cuddles for both. House was spotless. Good fast communication. Visited first which was very helpful and ensured both parties were happy with the arrangement. We feel really fortunate to have Tallulah and Keith take care of our pets and home for one month. Lulu our dog had a bit of medicine to be given and this was handled no problem. Brutus our cat well looked after also. We had plenty of updates on how the pets were which I loved, Our garden was well watered and all was in order on return and very very happy pets. We are so happy that we booked in Tallulah and Keith for another house sit this year.

We were absolutely thrilled with Tallulah and Keith. They kept in touch with us and sent photos of Arlo, our dog, who loved all the attention and care. On our return our home was very clean and tidy. My garden and pots were looking fabulous.

Keith and Tallulah were absolutely perfect for what we needed - a kind, caring couple to look after a teenage dog, Koki, who is very big and bouncy and still learning her manners! We were away for 2 1/2 months all up, so it was a long assignment, and a great relief to know that Koki was in such good care.
When she was unwell, they took her to the vet without hesitation, and kept us in the loop all the while.

Having a cat who hated going into a cattery made it difficult to go away but we were delighted to have Tallulah and Keith in our home. We can not recommend Tallulah and Keith highly enough. They are a lovely couple and our two dogs bonded with them very well. They looked after our fur babies with lots of cuddles, walks and love. Before Tallulah & Keith arrived, we knew that Miley our dog and home where going to be in good hands. Fantastic Communication from day one.
Keith watered our extensive gardens and lawns, Miley enjoyed the attention from them both, personally Miley highlight would have been the 2 walks a day.

Our dog had a cone on and needed a vet visit during their stay, and Tallulah kept us well-informed and sent pictures throughout her recovery. The house was left spotless and they went completely above and beyond washing blankets and cleaning the house beautifully. Tallulah and Keith are excellent housesitters that without reservation we can recommend to others. They took great care of our cat Tigger and the house was spotless on our return. They are great communicators with frequent updates on things at home.

Tallulah and Keith looked after our house, dog and guinea pigs for a couple of weeks during the summer.
They were extremely well organised and left the house tidy, sheets and towels washed and everywhere clean.
They communicated regularly and clearly both before, during and after their sit.

We were so fortunate to have Tallulah and Keith house sit for us over the Christmas break. They took fantastic care of our Sasha and Paddy and even bought Sasha a Christmas present! We had regular updates and photos of our duo and the house was spotless when we returned.

We arrived home late due to a puncture and were so delighted to find everything in the house lovely and clean and tidy. The next day we were able to take a walk round the property to find that all was in good order and the animals were all healthy and well cared for. Many thanks to you both.

Tallulah and Keith house sat for us while we were away for just over 2 weeks. We booked them months in advance and kept in touch in the interim. Our dog is usually quite nervous of men when she first meets them, but she fell in love with Keith instantly. Which was really lovely as we could just relax knowing she was really happy.

Tallulah and Keith sat for us for 4 weeks looking after our house and property along with our dog, Harry, and cat, Sammy. We are sure that Harry was spoilt with plenty of love - while Sammy was his difficult self and remained aloof. Tallulah gave us regular updates on how things were going including photos.
It was really nice to have had the lawns mown whilst we were away and arrive home to a tidy house.

This was my first time having house sitters look after my dog and I was a little apprehensive about allowing strangers into my home. However Keith and Tallulah were absolutely fantastic. I left my house in a bit of a hurry and not quite as tidy as I had imagined it would be and even that didn't seem to faze them. We came back to a spotless house and a contented dog that had been well cared for and loved while we were away. Talulah and Keith looked after our fur babies and house over Easter. They were wonderful friends to the animals regularly taking our doggie out for adventures and was nice to see a pic of Keith with his new friends (dog and cat) only hours after they arrived. Before we left, they filled me with confidence that they wouldn't let me down. These guys took great care of our house and our pets and kept us informed of what was happening while we were away. Even left us a book of poetry as a leaving gift. Would highly recommend them.
