Hi there, Willie and I are a retired non smoking couple travelling around New Zealand.
I was born in Whakatane, and Willie in Australia.
We are currently housesitting our way around NZ meeting the most amazing people and animals.
We have a home on the Gold Coast Australia that is tenanted, and a bush block near Hervey Bay.
We have both worked in the thoroughbred horse racing industry for 30yrs.
Willie was a jockey for many years, then ventured into to a lawn mowing business, and produce delivery.
We have owned many animals over the years including dogs, cats, horses.
We were both brought up on farms, so know how to care for all farm animals, drive trucks, tractors, motorbikes etc.
We enjoy looking after all animals, are active, fit and ready for life's adventures.
We are practical and resourceful and take our responsibilities very seriously, so you can have complete piece of mind while you holiday or travel.
We are very security conscious and it would be our pleasure to look after your home, and treat your home and animals with great respect.
We are happy to drop you at the airport if required.

Chris and Willie went the extra mile in looking after our home and animals. We were also in the process of selling and they readied the home for viewings at short notice, handled rounding up the alpacas for the shearer's annual visit and I have returned home to a house cleaner than I manage to keep it myself with all my veges coming along in the garden and beautiful flowers thriving. Chris and Willie have been awesome housesitters. At the last minute one of our horses became lame with laminitis which meant a daily dose of medication and 24 hour stalling. This meant quite a bit of extra work but Chris and Willie took it all in their stride and handled it with experience and a calm cool attitude. Chris and Willie are a lovely, mature, dependable couple, who love animals and have had experience with a wide range of animals. As we left to go on our holiday we were completely confident that our home and our animals were in good hands. We were proven right. When we got back home the house was spotless, the animals were happy, and Willie had even mowed our lawns! Such a lovely surprise. We could not recommend Chris and Willie highly enough.

Chris and Willie are excellent house/pet sitters. My two dogs bonded with them straight away and were in excellent condition when I returned as was the house. Willie and Chris attended to little jobs about the house that were a pleasure to discover when I returned. Such easy going people that I now consider friends.

Although we never got to 'meet' Chris and Willie we felt very comfortable having them look after our house and many animals. The dogs were very well cared for and I'm sure enjoyed their walks across the farm. The cats were pampered and they did an amazing job taming our wild kitten. Our old pony was very happy.
