Anne & Mike intend to make sure that your time away from your home and pets is worry free. We are a fit and active, non smoking, married couple who enjoy walking, biking and swimming.
We treat all our home owners properties with the utmost respect and always ensure that we leave everything clean and tidy and the pets loved and tended as per your instructions.
As we are retired, your property and pets will have someone around most of the time to ensure all is well.
Every situation is different and we try to arrange a personal meet & greet before hand if we are in your area, but there is always video calling if not.
We have experience in various breeds of dogs, cats, chickens, fish, birds, guinea pigs. Maintaining yards and gardens are also a specialty.
We especially enjoy the longer sits so we have time to really establish a routine with the pets and a chance to look around your part of the country. We have also done short stays tho', so don't hesitate to ask!
We are both fully vaxed.

Anne & Mike are a delightful couple who looked after our house and dog for 7 weeks. They did a great job. We found them easy to deal with and had a coffee before the sit. While we were away, they responded quickly if we had any questions. We returned to a beautifully clean and tidy house, and well tended garden. Most importantly for us Ted was happy and clearly regarded them as part of his family! We’d love to have them as house-sitters again and can highly recommend.

Anne and Mike come highly recommended. We were away for a long stretch and they looked after the house, garden and pets so well. We came back to happy dog, chooks and fish and an immaculate house and garden. Great communication, would definitely recommend if they apply for your house sit.

Anne and Mike were everything and more we could have hoped for. They looked after our young dog Sky incredibly well - lots of walks, hugs and outings. They sent us photos and we could tell Sky was really happy. Our house was beautifully clean on our return and the garden well cared for which must have been a real challenge given the rain. Probably this biggest accolade is that we have asked them to come back next year when we travel to see our UK based daughter. Couldn't recommend them ... MORE

Anne & Mike took great care of our home, our treasured family dog was so happy and relaxed when we came home. Anne even baked a pie on the day we returned. They dealt with the challenge of cyclone Dovi and a long power cut, taking it all in their stride. I would highly recommend them both as housesitters..

Anne and Michael are a wonderful couple who were very conscientious in their care of our pets, livestock and property. They fitted in well with our community attending the local weekly dog walks. The house was immaculate on our return. In addition, our anxious daughter was treated with daily photos of her cat. We very much appreciated their warmth, care and communication and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone lucky enough to secure a booking with them.

Anne and Mike were amazing Housesitters. Honestly couldn't ask for better. Our friends are even asking if they can pay them to stay at their houses when they go away! We went away for 1 week and right before we left our cat was in a car accident and broke his leg. Anne and Mike took amazing care of him administering medication and keeping his wounds clean. Really lovely people with a passion for caring for our home, garden and our greyhound Coco while we were away. They went above and beyond with a garden makeover and the house was immaculate when they left. Hoping they can come back every time!
