Bev and Kev

HELLO.....We are a "mature" but young at heart, easy going, friendly fit couple from the UK, who love travel and visiting our family in NZ.
( Available to housesit from January 2025 to mid March 2025 only )

Our Kiwi Family live, work and go to school in Christchurch so we know the area and South Island very well. We have visited NZ several times over the past few years staying with our family who live in the Halswell area.
We did a number housesits during our last visit in 2023.

Before retiring, we worked in hospitality as owners of a small Golf Course along the Yorkshire Coast at Scarborough UK. Living by the seaside we love to get onto the beach for a good walk especially on a cold winters day when the summer has ended and "holiday makers" have all gone home!

We enjoy gardening, golfing and walks. During the summer months, we love hosting visitors to our lovely area of North Yorkshire UK and have been AIRBNB hosts since 2012 at our home at Scarborough UK.

Having always had cats as pets, these days we just get called upon to look after the Grandchildren along with their pets instead...they keep us pretty fit. We occasionally help our two elderly neighbours by walking their dogs and just letting them have fun in our garden. One is a Collie, the other is a sheepdog.

We both have clean UK driving licences and full Travel / Health Insurance for NZ.
We would love the opportunity to Housesit again this coming summer in and around the area of Christchurch so please get in touch if you think we may "fit the bill".
