It's the care of our 10yo labrador in our absence that is our top priority. Perhaps 1 lawnmow required & watering house plants appreciated. Abby is a sniffer and a plodder but does like her 40 minute morning walk & 20 minute evening one on the beach or in the bush. Cooks Beach is a small coastal/rural community 2 hours from Auckland. Nearby Whitianga has all amenities -shops, banks, cafes, supermarkets. Cooks Beach is a holiday destination in Summer but fairly quiet in Winter. Our modern home has wifi, open fire & heat pump,.
