Upokongaro Whanganui

We live on a mixed cropping and stock farm, around 10mins from central Whanganui. A modern farmhouse in a peaceful setting, with views across the land and close to good walking/biking tracks, and a great cafe.
Keep warm via the large wood fire or various heatpumps in each bedroom. House is a 4 bed/2 bath and kid friendly.
We have 2 old Labradors and may have some orphan lambs at this time of year that will need feeding.
There are a few fruit trees and a small vegetable patch, but depending on the season may not need watering. The odd house plant. The lawn is large however will be totally up to the sitter whether they wish to mow (ride on).
