Beautiful and warm 4 bedroom house on Auckland's north shore on a quiet and friendly street.

We have one dog, three strictly indoor cats and one rabbit who are all best friends. We also have a pond outdoors with a few goldfish.

Our dog is an intelligent border collie who has grown up with other neighbourhood puppies and has a lot of friends who will come up to the front door of the house and want to play in the reserve which is off leash and next to the house. It's all very cute really. Alll our animals have grown up together and are exceptionally friendly and well trained.

For entertainment we have Netflix, Disney plus and amazon prime. The house is centrally heated and stays warm and cozy.
We have a robot vacuum who will look after the living areas every morning so all you need to do is the odd vacuum in the bedroom areas being used.

The guest room / office has underfloor heating and you'll have the choice of two modern bathrooms.

The kitchen is well equipped with an induction stove, oven, appliances etc.
