Maungaturoto Whakapirau Kaipara

My house is a 2min walk to the wonderful Kaipara Harbour.
The house is bungalow in style, elevated, with large north facing deck with the sea views. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, separate toilet, and open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. Heating is a very efficient wood burner plus a heat pump if required. Secure garage underneath for parking and good outdoor security sensor lighting.
I have one cat - Tigs - 8 years old who requires feeding. He is not a ‘lap’ cat, often out hunting all night!
He ‘allows’ a chin scratch or tummy rub on his terms!!
I have 4 indoor plants that a very low maintenance!
