Wainui, Akaroa Harbour Wainui, Banks Peninsula

We have a lovely home in Wainui, Akaroa Harbour. Sun-filled and perched above the water, it exudes warmth and coziness, providing ever-changing views of the harbour. Billie, our 2.5-year-old retriever, comes with the house. She is affectionate and undemanding, though she does require a daily walk. Recently renovated, the house features a fantastic kitchen-living space. The only care needed is watering the pot plants.
Wainui is a quaint holiday settlement with a delightful mix of full-time residents. July is particularly serene and tranquil, perfect for reading, strolling, or fishing. Daily activity at the wharf adds to the charm, with salmon farm operations up the harbour coming and going, offering fresh salmon at the wharf. Wainui is a 30-minute drive from Akaroa, where the nearest supermarket is located, or 90 minutes from Christchurch City Centre.
