Kohukohu Far North

We are visiting family overseas for a month over June/July and require a house-sitter to keep an eye on things and to feed our chickens daily. The house is a small house (studio style), connected to the grid with mains electricity, and with a composting toilet system. House is set back from the road on a rural section of 30ha of native bush. We have 4 hens and a well behaved rooster.

We have a fireplace, and firewood available so that house-sitters stay warm and dry over winter. Please no cats - we are a cat free property as we have a lot of birdlife and a pest free trapping project on the property. Dogs negotiable.

House is rural. There is a local shop and petrol station 10 minutes away by car. The nearest supermarket is 45 minutes away. We have cellphone service at the house, and we have starlink internet for those who need to work online.
