Te Arai Point

We live on a lifestyle block at Te Arai Point near Mangawhai. We are close to beautiful beaches, Mangawhai & Matakana markets, golf, cafe and the Mangawhai and Matakohe Museums.

Our home is a a spacious modern place with heat pumps, fire place, garaging, generator and the usual household appliances. There is plenty of room for motorhome parking. We have someone in weekly to do floors and bathrooms. No mowing will need to be done.

Our animals consist of a Golden Retriever, cats, chooks and alpaca. Layla, our dog has at least one walk per day, if you want to take her more often, she would willingly go. We have 18 acres, 14 in bush, so plenty of exploring opportunities. There is a dog friendly beach and a lake nearby, both are wonderful for walking.

The 2 cats are very different in food preferences, attitudes and playfulness.

Chooks are fed and released from the coop in the morning, then fed & locked up at night, Very easy to do and you get fresh free range eggs every morning.

Alpaca are easy to feed as they come when they are called, they are pets and very friendly.
