Small lifestyle property in Paremoremo (5 mins from Coatesville and Albany) beautiful, modern well appointed house with water views over Upper Harbour.
Plentiful vegetable garden, potting shed and glasshouse providing fresh seasonal vegatables to eat and fresh eggs from the chickens.
There is also a home gym with exercise cycle and weights equipment.
Ideally we are looking for someone who enjoys dogs and walks, this doesn't necessarily need to be someone who is home all day though also not someone who works full time.
2 small dogs - miniature schnauzer and a cocker spaniel, chicken and sheep which take minimal care.
Only garden maintenance would be to water the plants in the glass house from time to time .
Car is available to take the dogs to the park - Sanders reserve is just a few mins away which has amazing walks and views. Dogs are at home here and no need to be on a leash as its their second home.
