Pohangina

We are located in Pohangina, about 30 minutes from Palmerston North, and 10 minutes from Ashhurst. We have a spacious sunny home. Great out door living area with a large deck. BBQ available to use. Very peaceful and relaxing.

There is space for you to park a caravan or motor home. Our preference is not to have anyone with animals due to our cats and the age of Maddy our dog.

It is a lifestyle block with sheep (25), cows (6), chickens (30+) ducks (8], 3 cats and 1 dog. The sheep and cows only need a visual check daily, the chickens and ducks get feed twice a day and eggs collected. Fresh farm eggs for you to eat.

Maddy our dog is elderly and loves cuddles and attention. She is an inside dog. Would be nice to have someone who would be home for her during the day but not necessary.

Feeding the animals only takes about 15 minutes in the morning and 1/2 hour in the evening when you also need to collect eggs.
