Loburn

Hi there!

I have a small lifestyle block in North Loburn available for a week and a half in early July, 35-40 min drive to Central Chch and 15min out of Rangiora. Modern home on a hill with stunning alpine views. Big Log burner to keep you cosy.

Im looking for someone who has experience with horses. There is no daily grooming or mucking out required but just in case of emergency Id like someone who could catch and hold a horse if a vet needs to attend to an emergency (unlikely to be an emergency but you never know). The general horse care aspect would be checking water and checking for lameness for main herd and feeding hay 2x daily. And of course cuddles if you want them 😉 Also the ability to adjust a cover should it need adjusting. The herd is a lovely bunch, all friendly.

There are 2 loving dogs who entertain themselves so no walking needed. A cat. Some fish and some chooks to feed/water once daily.

Some house plants to water.

I’ll be travelling more throughout the year and would love to meet someone who might become a regular too!
