Sunny 2-bedroom home on large section in rural coastal community. Walk to the beach. Nearest services 15 min drive. Nearest town (Ngatea) 30-min drive.
One medium size, energetic, lovely dog (< 2 yrs old), Caspar. Needs daily walks, play and TLC. He's a home-buddy, who is happy to chew his bone on the lawn, lie in the sun (or in front of the fire) and chase sticks and toys. Crate trained (can be left for 3-4 hours if needed; not entire days). Needs experienced, caring dog people. Caspar is well-socialised, but still a young dog.
Garden care is average, some indoor seedling care and outdoor pot plants. Sitter must be happy to check on recently planted trees from time to time. Lawn mowing negotiable. Car available to transport dog.
Ideal if you work from home or can be home for much of the day. Can arrange a couple of 3-day stays for Caspar in nearby dog boarding, so sitters are not tied to being on site for the entire period without a break.
