Rotorua

We are a husband and wife in our late 50’s and are heading on a two week roadie to the South Island, mid June.
Our home is in Ohinemutu Rotorua. I have lived here most of my life and my husband and I have raised our 4 sons here.
It is an older home which is thermally heated and we also have a thermally heated bath.
We have our 11 year old Cavoodle Ollie and two cats, Willis 11 and Leo 9.
Getting Ollie out for a 40ish minute walk everyday, weather permitting, would be appreciated by us and our pup but not big deal if he misses the odd day.
We live within walking distance to town and we have great lakes to visit and the Redwood Forest on our door step which lends itself to walkers and bikers of all abilities. Not to forget the many tourist attractions available, albeit quite pricey.
With regards to garden care I have ticked the minimal box but if you get an opportunity to mow our lawns that’ll be awesome but not a deal breaker.
We are new to having our house sitted and am unsure how this platform works so excuse me in advance if I do something not quite right. I will reply to any communication and would also like references.
