Waipu Whangarei

The house is located off Waipu Caves rd, close to the caves. It is a rural location about 15 mins drive to Waipu town centre and local beaches. Whangarei is about 20 to 30 mins away.

The house is located on 23 ha amongst beautiful bush and views and is comprised of 2 fully insulated, cosy cabins - one is a kitchen and living space and the other is a bedroom. There is a separate shower and composting toilet too. We have a fireplace.

Theres a low maintenance veggie garden which may need watering if there’s no rain. If you’re keen, theres always something that could be tended to outside but this is not necessary.

We have a beautiful 11 year old dog, Barco, who needs a daily walk. He’s a gentle dog who sleeps most day and always happy to get a cuddle.

We also have a new 6 month old kitten, Yoshi, who’s full of life and lots of fun. She needs cuddles in the morning and night but is otherwise very low maintenance.

We have 5 free range chickens who are all good natured, need feeding and led back to their coup in the evening.

This space is suited for a couple or a single with no pets.
