Mostly renovated house with a great backyard on to a park in a cul-de-sac in Maeroa with heat pump, internal ventilation system and additional dehumidifiers. Gas hot water/stove top, electric oven.
Cats, chickens and rabbit require feeding and companionship.
House requires minimal maintenance (lawns and plant watering when required)
3 months over the winter.
