We need a house sitter

Hi there.
Hoping for single/couple to house-sit my apartment and look after my two friendly cats (Batcat and Leyla) while I visit grandchildren.
My apartment is well off the road with parking on-site and is very close to the river walk, and rugby stadium. If you have a cycle, you can cycle along the river to Ngaruawahia to the north and the renowned Hamilton Gardens on the south side of the city. From there continue on the peaceful cycle trail all the way to Cambridge.
The kitchen, living, deck and my bedroom is upstairs, and I run an Air Bnb in the downstairs portion of my property, however the Bnb bookings are blocked during my absence.
The sitter will enjoy full use of my upstairs kitchen/living/dining area and also spread into the bnb space for sleeping and another living area and bathroom. The cats come and go via cat door and are fairly regular with mealtimes (as well as grazing access to dry food all day) and they do enjoy smooching and hanging out on your lap in evenings - not so much in the hot summer months though.
My apartment is modern, double glazed and warm!

I had a lovely housesit in Cathy's place. Cathy's garden was exquisite, the blossoms were coming into full flourish and she had a robust vegetable garden which she generously invited me to help myself to (including fresh courgettes - delicious!). The location was right in the centre of Hamilton but the house was tucked away so it felt nice and private, being at the end of a long driveway. I loved house-sitting for Cathy and taking care of the snuggly 'Batcat and Leyla.' A beautifully clean, comfortable and relaxing home to spend time in, the Spa was a treat!! Cathy is a warm and welcoming person with fabulous communication. I feel as though I've made a new friend. Thanks Cathy for inviting me back 😁.

Thank you Cathy for a lovely stay at your home! the cats were wonderful company and its so close to everything you need, including beautiful walks by the river! I appreciated the time to rest and having a lap cat to keep warm was nice too ^_^ Wouldnt hesitate to housesit again in future and definitely recommend to anyone!
