Whitianga Thames-Coromandel

4WD vehicle will be an advantage, as our property is deep in the bush - accessed via a gravel driveway, crossing 2 fords (normally dry) and steep terrain.
Located approx 30 minutes south of Whitianga and around 15 mins north of Tairua. So lots of gorgeous beaches and bush walking opportunities.

The dwelling is a converted pole shed, still finishing touches being worked on which makes it rather unique (no flooring yet!). But is very warm, comfortable, water tight and all amenities (full kitchen and bathroom). 1 bedroom with 1 bed so is only suitable for a single or couple.
An open mind for our way of living is a must !

We have 4 dogs, all very well natured and hunting bred. Normally sleep in their kennels.
So must be good with large breed and accept our sustainable hunting life with well loved working dogs.
3 chickens also.
Couple of plants but not much gardening. No lawns yet, just clay dirt !.
There may be a place to park your van or smaller camper if you're willing to climb a hill for 10 mins to the property.
