We are located in Tauranga suburb of Gate Pa, about 10 kms from the CBD.
It is a well loved '70's style house - 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
(we also have a separate 2 bedroom flat down under our house in a separate accessed basement with a tenant
We have 1 x Japanese Spit dog, Kimy. He is 10 years old. He does bark alot but is a nice dog. Loves going for walks.
