Antonella & Elkin

Hi there!
Our names our Antonella and Elkin. We are a couple from South America who have been calling NZ home for the past four years.

We currently live in Tauranga, and have been doing pet-sittings locally for more than half a year now, through the “Trusted Housesitters” app. We have been enjoying pet sitting so much, we decided to try out Kiwi house sitters as well.

A little bit about us:
Antonella is a dedicated individual, who likes to keep active and grounded by what she enjoys most: yoga. She is an outdoor lover who enjoys being around animals in nature. She works part time as a cafe manager, so spends most of the time home (perfect for house and pet sitting).

Elkin is a hard-working chef, with a passion for cooking and everything food related. He enjoys keeping active by going out for long runs and also loves any sort of sport, usually volleyball and football.

Why do we love pet sitting? We simply love animals, and having the chance to look after them and play with them is truly a blessing for us. We both have pets back home, and we miss them very much. We know exactly how important it is to look after what you love most; and that is why we feel very lucky to be able to help other people who want to travel and also have the peace of mind of leaving their loved pets in good hands. We are very responsible, tidy, and active. We enjoy hiking, playing volleyball and cooking.
