Laura was great. Having not physically met me, the dogs or house (we did all this virtually) she did an excellent job. I admit to probably leaving an overwhelming pile of notes, but everyone appears to have survived the ordeal. Laura took caring for my dogs all in her stride for which I am very grateful. If you're after a cool, calm, I've got it covered no fuss attitude - Laura is definitely your person.. Thanks so much Laura :)
