Denis & Karen

Hello. We are Denis and Karen, new to the site, We have been home and pet sitting for the past few years and have loved every unique opportunity. We have a lot of respect for animals; nature and life in general. We endeavour to take care of your home and your animals as if our own. House and pet sitting is to us an ideal mix of trust, service and reciprocation with hopfully lots of cuddles in between. We are hoping to be travelling around New Zealand during February/March and April 2024. We have friends to visit in both the north and south islands, but we would like to make some new friends along the way!

We love travelling and love animals which is how we arrived to be sitters. Our personal combined pet family has included dogs, cats, horses, sheep, goats, hens, ducks, cows, rabbits, terrapins bees and fish. We have looked after homes and pets in Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Lapland as well as France and the UK.

Denis has over 20 years experience of working in green spaces, surveillance of secondary residences and maintenance of swimming pools. Karen is semi retired enjoying the freedom of working from home.

Because we are new to Kiwi House Sitters, our references have to be provided separately for the moment.
