**Currently we are looking for a house/pet sit in Auckland area from may 6th to 12th**

Kia ora,
we are Emily and Lucas, a German/French couple that is traveling New Zealand until mid May. We have pet sitted in Dunedin, Manapouri and Te Anau before and only had great experiences! Before New Zealand, we volunteered at Rambo Abbie Dog Training in Kathmandu, Nepal, where we looked after the dogs, trained and washed them and took the cutie pies for walks. Otherwise, we did some house sitting in Ireland, that’s where we met originally. Lucas grew up with cats and knows his way around them. Emily had dogs, rabbits and fish as she grew up and knows how to deal with them. When we moved in together, we rescued guinea pigs so they are familiar to us too!

Emily and Lucas were absolutely amazing. They are a wonderful young couple. We had excellent communication with them before we left. When they came round to meet Iggy(the dog) we knew that they were very lucky to have found them. They sent regular photo updates. On arrival home the house was cleaner than when we left it and we had milk in the fridge -thanks guys. Overall this was very positive experience for us and we are gutted they are moving on to another area of NZ. Enjoy your travels.

BRIDGET (Te Anau , Oct 2023 - 7 nights)

This sit was an absolute joy. Emily and Luca arrived with chocolates for me, I cooked dinner for them so we could talk over things before I left the next day. This arrangement was for my dog. They sent me text updates and photographs of walks, she clearly loves them and was well cared for. I arrived home today to a beautifully clean home and we shared an amazing veg lasagna they cooked, timed for arrival of my flight. What a welcome!
