Baja & Martin

Hi, we are Baja and Martin, dynamic duo of pet lovers, currently traveling on working holiday visas across NZ. We are friendly, adaptable and funny outdoorsy people who love to have a chill day from time to time! With passion for animals and commitment to provide the best service we are ready to be your go-to pet sitters.

Baja have experience with caring for shelter dogs, animals after surgery, or found pups. Martin's whole family lives together with at least one dog per member. We have 10yr old senior rescue at home, our angel and an other young pup (who got himself a nickname Stopit! or Don't), so we have first hand skills to care for older dogs as well as the ones with loads of energy.

We have previously pet sat and made friends with cats and dogs (occasionally chickens) of friends and family members. Just here in New Zealand, we got in the game of setting them up online.

We are new homeowners, back in Slovakia, for two years now, therefore we have experience with beeing both a homeowners and renters. As renters or (house sitters), we ve always left homes clean and tidy, and as new homeowners of very old apartement that needed full reconstruction we are even more concious of what can go wrong and how to solve things.

Baja is fully becoming ´the plant lady ´, with our apartement filled with plants from balcony grown little garden with tomatoes to two meters high monstera with swaping and rescuing plants whereever she goes. We used to maintain summer house's garden with vegetables and flowers as roses and gerberas/begonias. From mowing, to citing live hedge... we are responsible to take care of pot plants as well as gardens. We are respectful to your place and neighbourhood and make it look livable.

We understand your and your's pets needs therefore we do not take it lightly as temporary pet parents. As a team we bring double the love, attention and care to every furry friend we meet.
